Ordering

We completely get it, weather delays arise! Once an order is placed, we set up the logistics and staff, so please understand we are not able to alter or cancel your order right away, however, we do offer credits to be used at another time (within a year).

Should any of our retail item(s) not work out for you, make sure to exchange them for a preferred style or return them for a refund within 30 days. A 5% restocking fee would apply.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback anytime. We will be sure to get back to you within 24-48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

We currently ship all over the world and shipping is calculated at checkout. To enquire about shipping, please contact us.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional premium charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 days from when we receive the item(s).
